All established contractual relationships are entered into in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. If the purchaser is a consumer, relationships, which are not modified in the business conditions, are subjected to the Civil Code (č. 40/1964 Sb.) and to Consumer Protection Act. . If the the purchaser is not a consumer, relationships not modified in the business conditions, are subjected to Commercial code (No. 513/1991 Sb.)
RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
All orders are considered binding.

CONSUMER RIGHTS ON AVOIDANCE OF A CONTRACT:
Consumers have the right, in accordance with § 53 paragraph 7 of the Civil Code to rescind the contract within 14 days from receipt of goods.
We recommend to return goods in original packaging, undamaged and with no signs of use (including accessories, warranty card, instructions, etc.).
In addition, a written statement of avoidance of contract, including number and date of the order, request of refund the purchase price, date and signature of the buyer.

Money for postage and packing will not be returned.
Buyer may not terminate pursuant to § 53 paragraph 8 Obč.Z from the contract:
a) the provision of services if their performance was started with agreement before the expiry of 14 days from receipt of benefits,
b) the supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations of financial markets beyond the control of suppliers
c) the supply of goods adjusted as desired by the consumer or to his person and goods subject to rapid deterioration, wear and tear,
In the event that after receiving the goods occurring during the warranty period defective goods, the buyer may to claim the goods at this time.
In the case of legitimate complaints raised by the statutory warranty period, has the buyer:
- if the defect is reparable, the right to free, regular and timely repair of the defect, the right to exchange defective goods or defective parts. If such procedure is not possible, the right to a adequate discount of the purchase price or possibility of withdraw from the contract
- In case of irreparable defect preventing proper use of goods, the right to exchange defective goods or to withdraw from the contract

Normal wear and tear resulting from the use of the product can not be claimed as a defect. The warranty does not apply to the damage caused:
- Improper interference, improper installation and improper use of product
- Mechanical damage caused by use or wear, use of goods for purposes other than specified
